Today

I am amazed everyday at the wonderful business I have created here at my desk, in a kitchen, with my computer. The amazing tools technology offers sometimes makes me feel like "a little bit of magic" occurs every time I sit down and look at my emails. Despite all of the "potential gloom" that is around.....I am thriving, MoonMaid is thriving and I am very happy to have found this path.
I hope everyone finds what makes their heart sing.

Today

is a gorgeous crisp day. It is supposed to get very very cold......which will change some of my travel plans. Oh well......one has to go with the flow.
I am still seeking ways to reach a broader audience of menopausal women. Perhaps UStream, perhaps blog radio.....perhaps everything.
Suggestions????

I am learning about live radio broadcasts, ustream tv, and so many tools to get one out there. I have a dream of reaching menopausal women across he planet and would love a name for my menopause communtiy. Any suggestions....MenoMania or.......the idea is to attract the gals to whom this will benefit.

New Day

today has been a great day.......I have gotten through a major anxiety that I have been experiencing for about 6 weeks. I feel great.....and that feels good. I'm planning my trip to Charlotte next week for a HealthFair, setting up a lecture for women before Valentine's Day on Healthy Menopause, and planning to attend a HUGE Natural Food's Expo in California in early March. Tomorrow a mammogram........something I have very mixed feelings about. Any feedback out there???

Rain

It is wonderful to hear the rain on a tin roof......but....it has been raining for 24 hours. I've listened to a wonderful teleseminar, despite the noise, and realize that I need to educate myself on how to use this wonderful world of the internet more effectively. I want to do a live telecast like the one I listened to tonight. In fact, I would love to do a monthly telecast on women's health. I would love to do a video that I can use for training for all the many stores that sell my products. If anyone out there can teach me........let me know because I love to teach!!!

I have had trouble sleeping

I woke up at 2AM, it's now 3, I'm starting to feel tired again. I just read my last post, it brought tears to my eyes. I AM A POWERFUL WOMAN.........isn't it nice to realize that. At last I feel as though I can go back to sleep. I have discovered, this nite, this world that is available to me is a great way to chill out, relax and get ready to go back to a sweet slumber........cynthia
